MyToolsLab is a collection of free online utilities for creators, marketers, students, developers and small businesses. It focuses on text, links, documents, data and calculations: the quick tasks that are too small for dedicated software but still need to be done properly.
How the tools are built
Every tool runs entirely in your web browser. When you open a page, your browser downloads the code for that tool; after that, the work — counting words, formatting JSON, building a PDF invoice, analysing an image — happens on your own device. There is no backend server that receives your input, no database and no account system.
This approach has a few practical benefits:
- Privacy. Your files and text are never uploaded, so they can’t be stored, leaked or reused.
- Speed. There’s no waiting for an upload or a server queue.
- Offline use. Once a page has loaded, most tools continue to work without a connection.
What MyToolsLab is not
The calculators perform general arithmetic and are not financial, tax or legal advice. The invoice generator produces a document from what you enter; it doesn’t check it against local invoicing rules. If you are unsure what applies to you, ask a qualified adviser.
